They have received much praise from Fortune Magazine, JD Powers, and many, many others for very good practices and really take care of their clients. Don't let one bad apple spoil it for you. You are right in your words that you are not a client but I venture so say that if you were, you would not be disappointed at all with their products and their above board approaches.
